  • How do I book a class?

    Please visit the schedule on our website or the Wellness Living app to reserve a class (you will have to create a Wellness Living account).

    We can also be found on ClassPass.

  • Do I need prior experience to attend a class?

    No experience is required. At Lipé House of Wellness, we welcome all levels—from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our instructors provide thoughtful guidance and modifications so each client feels supported and empowered.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable attire that allows you to move freely.

  • How can I contact Lipé House of Wellness?

  • Is there parking?

    Yes! You can park on Menendez Avenue with Pay by Phone (Zone 11261).

  • Is the studio heated?

    No, our yoga and pilates studio is not heated.

  • I forgot my mat! Do you have extras?

    Yes, we offer mat rentals for $4.

  • Do you have showers?

    No, we do not provide showers as per our building’s zoning codes.

  • What do I do if I'm running late?

    Give us a call and let us know if you’re running late for any of our wellness services such as the EES Room, Sauna, and Cold Plunge. For our classes, we do not allow late entry past 15 minutes of the classes start time.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We offer 10% off for students, military, and seniors over 65.

    You must show a valid ID to our front desk who will issue the discount for you.

  • Are there refunds or returns?

    No, we do not offer returns or refunds on any classes, memberships, workshops, events, wellness appointments, or retail items.

  • What are your payment methods?

    We accept cash, Apple Pay, and all major credits.
